Flute Tree online sales

I have been meaning for some time to email to say thank you for all your help with our recent Sankyo purchase. ------ is loving the flute and sounding amazing!

On a side note, I advised a local friend of mine to go to you for a repair a few months ago. She recently got her flute back and was seriously impressed with the quality of work done. She said something along the lines of "if this is what they do for a repair I cannot wait to see what happens after a service".

The Flute Tree is fast becoming one of my favourite venues for chamber music. It is small and intimate, and reminds me that most of the music I hear played was first presented in salons, cafes, private homes, or at Court, and not in large concert halls. I love being so close to the musicians and experiencing the intimacy of the music.

Kevin came out to our place last week and was absolutely fantastic, allowing -------- to play 5 different flutes, explaining all the differences. She ended up choosing the TWG 779 with the B footjoint and fell in love with the sound. She has commented frequently about how much nicer the sound is and how much easier the instrument is to play! We are very impressed with the level of service that came with the purchase and I will definitely be recommending TWG to colleagues in the future.

I wanted to send a quick thank-you note to say: The Flute Tree was a perfect venue for our studio recital. The performances were framed perfectly in the elegant 65-seat one-level space, and a very modest 2 speaker PA that we work with was fine for amplification of quieter young singers. Our singers and regulars enjoyed the elegant surrounds, and PT and car access were BOTH great - an usual combination. Mark and Karen were exceptionally helpful and professional. Lights, piano and aircon were perfect!

The cost of pouring orange juice over ones flute; $$$$$$ The cost of sending it to one of the world's greatest flute shops; priceless!

You’re right, from the first note the Brannen did seem as if it was tailor made. I came home, took it out of the box and couldn’t seem to put it down. It is truly gob-smackingly stunning; so responsive and flexible. Those Brannen boys are very clever indeed. Thank Mark again, too, for me. It’s rare to meet someone who has such a detailed knowledge of the science as well as the art of flute playing, and can discuss it so amiably.

Hi Olivia, I’d like to lodge a complaint. Since Mark rebuilt my flute I can’t stop playing it and my partner says I’m becoming unsociable. It has been a joy to use again. . . Regards and thanks to Mark for his masterful work. BF - vic
